Our Electrician is qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 Requirements for Electrical Installations (17th edition) and Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations - Technical knowledge and practical application.

 

We are pleased to offer Free Estimates for all electrical work. We cover Moray/Banffshire, and also travel to Aberdeenshire, Aviemore, Grantown-on-Spey area, but do now have to charge mileage when carrying out the work.

PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING


Legislation requires that owners of houses in multiple occupation (HMO) are licensed by the local authority, (includes small hotels& guest houses). The main objective of HMO licensing is to ensure that HMO tenants/guests are provided with safe accommodation in which to stay. Applications for HMO licenses must include Portable Appliance Testing certificates as well as a Fire Alarm compliance certificate, and Gas safety certificate etc…..
Min £25 (includes up to 14 items)
1-100  £1.75 per item, 101- 500 £1.50 per item, 501+ £1.25 per item.This includes full certification.
